Storyboard on request

A series of drawings that visually outline the scenes, actions, and shots, serving as a blueprint for how the video will unfold.

Sound design on request

Arrangement of sound effects, and (provided) music to enhance the mood, storytelling, and overall impact of the visuals.

2 revisions

The changes or adjustments made after review of first draft, to improve quality or better meet the project’s goals.

Guaranteed delivery

The assured timeframe within which your first draft will be delivered, as promised by us. This date is provided upon concept approval.

OUR TERMS

Trust is at the heart of GFXL Studio. We prioritise adaptability, relationships and reliability. Because of this, we do not take a one size fits all approach. Instead, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs whenever possible. If we are unable to do so, we will be upfront, either declining, suggesting a better suited alternative or referring you to another provider.

Standard hourly rate: £50/hr

Standard includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at the standard hourly rate.

We strive for complete client satisfaction and aim to deliver work that meets or exceeds expectations. If for any reason you are unhappy with the outcome, please let us know promptly so we can address your concerns and explore appropriate solutions where possible.

Most projects require a 30-50% deposit before work begins. This is calculated through a detailed estimate and is usually accurate.

Final files are only released upon full payment.

All final content provided by GFXL Studio is cleared and suitable for commercial use. If you have provided assets for production use, please note, you are liable for clearance. [If client-supplied assets (e.g. logos, images, audio) may be subject to copyright, a signed declaration of usage rights may be requested on occasion]. However, by proceeding, you confirm that all provided assets are licensed or owned for use in this project.

GFXL Studio retains the right to feature the completed project in our portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note that in the future, we may kindly request feedback on our services and your overall experience. Your input is invaluable to us, as it helps improve the quality of our work and ensures we continue to meet your needs effectively.

Participation is entirely voluntary, but we greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions you choose to share.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 14 days, unless previously arranged.

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent collaboration. If you have any queries, please feel free to reach out before work begins.

At GFXL Studio, we believe in giving back to those who support us. If you refer a client or friend to us and they go ahead with a project that is completed, you will receive 20% off your next request as a thank you.
