How does the process work?

Our process begins with a creative briefing to understand your objectives, audience, and brand style. From there, we develop a concept, storyboard, and move into animation and final delivery. We maintain clear communication throughout to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Most standard projects are completed anywhere from 12 hours – 3 weeks depending on the project. We also offer expedited services depending on availability, please contact us to discuss timelines.

What do you need from me to get started?

To begin, we’ll need a clear brief outlining your goals, any existing brand assets (such as logos, fonts, and colour palettes), and a script or voiceover if available. If not, we can assist with content development as well. Brief us in here.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is is largely fixed, currently at a rate of £50 per hour. Duration, and complexity of each project is taken into account for larger scale projects. Get in touch if you can't find what you're looking for, to get a tailored quote to suit your needs.

Can we request revisions?

Yes, our projects include a set number of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with the result. Additional revisions can be accommodated as needed. at the standard hourly rate

Do you provide voiceovers?

Yes. We can source professional voiceover artists in a range of accents and languages, and sound effects to enhance your project. Let us know your preferences and we’ll handle the rest. Please note, if your project includes character lip syncing, this is added at an additional cost, from £50, depending on your project.

Can you match our existing brand style?

Absolutely. We're happy to work closely with your brand guidelines to ensure the motion graphics align seamlessly with your existing visual identity. Whether it’s colours, typography, or tone, consistency is key.

What file formats do you deliver in?

We typically deliver final animations in high-resolution MP4, PNG MOV or GIF and more, depending on your needs. Let us know your preferred specs in the brief at the start of the project.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes, we work with clients across the globe. All communication can be handled via email, phone calls, video calls, and secure file sharing platforms to ensure a smooth process, no matter where you're based.

What if we need something updated later on?

We keep project files archived, so we can make future updates or adjustments as needed. Whether it's updating text, swapping out a logo, or reformatting for a new platform, we’re happy to assist.

Can you create in different languages?

We can! If you provide the translated script and any relevant voiceover, we’ll ensure your animation is tailored to the target language. 

Do you offer ongoing content or retainers?

Yes, we offer ongoing content creation and monthly retainer packages for brands that need consistent motion graphics, such as social media content or product updates. Get in touch to discuss a tailored package.

How does the payment process work?

For most projects, we require a 30-50% deposit upfront via invoice to secure your booking and begin work. The remaining is due upon final approval, before delivery of the completed, unwatermarked files. For larger or ongoing projects, we can discuss milestone payments or a retainer structure. All payments can be made via bank transfer or other secure payment methods as agreed.
